Jonah S. Kotee
The name Jonah Soe Kotee is a family name for Human Resource practices in Liberia. Inspired by the writings and academic work of the HR leading light, Dr. David Ulrich, Jonah thirsts soared to advocate on peoples’ management issues in Liberia. In 2012, Jonah partnered with Mr. Stanley Ford, and Faith B. Morris and pressed for the establishment of the Association of Liberian Human Resource Professional (ALHRP).

The President of ALHRP, representing another honoree, Brenda Breewer Moore, posed for photos with others honorees: Anthony Toe-an emerging HR; ACTIVA Insurance company for their sacrifices they have made to the HR community and Conex Oil and Gas as the company with the best benefit packages.
The President of the Association of Liberia was honored
The President of the Association of Liberia was honored as the best HR professional for 2023 for the many sacrifices he has made over the last 10 years advocating for people management issues in Liberia. His advocacy has led to HR being recognized as a Professional Body in Liberia and positions HR at a more strategic level in some organizations.
The Association of Liberia Human Resource Professionals
The Association of Liberia Human Resource Professionals collaborated with the Civil Service Agency to run a Human Resource training in income tax management , Social security management, and termination. The one day training was attended by HR professionals both from the private and public sectors.
