About
The Association of Liberia Human Resource Professionals (ALHRP), was founded in 2013 by a group of HR Professionals with a passion to advance the Human Resource Professions, which was more or less novel to people management practitioners. These founding members saw the need for a national organization to represent the Human Resource Professionals in Liberia as well as instill standards for HR practices across sectors.
Our Mission
Our mission is to establish and sustain partnerships with human resource professionals, media, governments, non-governmental organizations, businesses and academic institutions to address people management challenges that influence the effective implementation of HR practices and standards.
Our Vision
ALHRP envisions being the leading professional body committed to influencing the continuous development of the HR profession in Liberia.
GOAL
To develop the execution of human resource activities in Liberia to global standards; keep on par with emerging developments in the profession and standardize human resource practices across Liberia.
